Delivery

We use third-party delivery services to deliver your order all over Pakistan. You can have your order at your doorstep within 2 to 5 business days throughout Pakistan.

Shipping Charges

Shipping Charges are Rs. 200/- below orders of Rs. 2000.

Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 2000.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order has been sent out for delivery, you will receive a tracking number. You may cancel the order before it is sent out for delivery. If the order is sent for delivery, it will not be canceled.

Refund and Exchange

We are offering “Cash on Delivery” and accept payment through Visa and Mastercard.

We only offer an exchange goods option if the items were not delivered as per the order.

If you wish to exchange the order after you have accepted it. Please contact us through our website. Our agent will contact you as soon as possible and explain the rest of the process.
